DHS Embraces Artificial Intelligence 

When the White House issued an executive order last October to encourage the safe and responsible advancement of artificial intelligence within the federal government, the Department of Homeland Security was among the first agencies to express its support for the initiative. Demonstrating its dedication to this cause, the agency has now unveiled a roadmap outlining its AI plans for the year ahead. Additionally, it has announced the initiation of three pilot projects aimed at evaluating AI technology.

Cuando la Casa Blanca emitió una orden ejecutiva en octubre pasado para fomentar el avance seguro y responsable de la inteligencia artificial dentro del gobierno federal, el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional fue una de las primeras agencias en expresar su apoyo a la iniciativa. Demostrando su dedicación a esta causa, la agencia ha presentado una hoja de ruta que describe sus planes de IA para el próximo año. Además, ha anunciado el inicio de tres proyectos piloto destinados a evaluar la tecnología de IA.
